Ned F. Cruey, the president and CEO of US-MD.com, grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in the 1950's and early 1960's. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1971 with a business degree, he moved to New York City. His business experience there included owning and operating a fleet of 51 taxicabs in midtown Manhattan, as well as affiliating with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter as a stockbroker. In addition, Mr. Cruey currently owns a consulting business, is a real-estate developer and he and his wife are starting a production company to make television serial stories with a psychiatric related theme. Karen L. Cruey, M. D., an adult, adolescent and child psychiatrist as well as his loving wife, provides the driving force on the medical side of US-MD.com. They live with some of their children in the fastest growing city in America, Las Vegas, Nevada. They have originally developed this site as a local medical web site for the Las Vegas Community.  This web site is operated out of Las Vegas, Nevada. Dr. Cruey completed an internship in Primary Care Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, then received Adult Psychiatry training at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital Center in Manhattan, followed by full subspecialty training at the accredited program at St. Vincent's Hospital & Medical Center of New York.
